Digital Product Policy
HappyHorse provides digital services including AI video generation credits and subscription plans. As our products are digital in nature and consumed upon use, all purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been used or services have been rendered.
Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical errors that prevented service delivery and could not be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors
- Subscription charges that occurred after a cancellation request was submitted
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
